I love yoga. Despite being pointed towards William J. Broad’s forthcoming The Science of Yoga: The Risks and the Rewards via an article in the New York Times, “How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body,” I practice everywhere, all the time!
Making it to a costly structured yoga class isn’t always possible and early on in my practice, I wasn’t interested in group practice at all. I stumbled upon Sadie Nardini’s YouTube channel whilst seeking out new ways to advance my understanding of the ancient spiritual tradition.
Sadie Nardini’s brand of Core Strength Vinyasa Flow is both challenging and heart-opening. She has over 150 yoga sequences and meditations available for free online, and is easily my favorite YouTube yogi.
